Music Video Update
Recently Group A have been working very hard on the start of our music video. We have recorded our intro to the video and we based it on the funny side of things. The intro is like an interview basis of me Dan and Marcus all being sat down at separate times as well as being asked questions by the interviewer (one of us). However on the last part of the interview we go "off script" and Dan starts to start making nasty comments about me so I beat him up. we added this because we thought it would add a funny twist to our music video as it is pretty much a very calm video and song whereas the intro is very hectic and funny which incites the audience to want to view what we have produced.

Packaging Ideas
Packing Ideas
This is an idea we had of how to make
the CD cover and packaging. We thought this looked very good and effective to
use as our package as it is straight to the point. The little bit at the bottom
holding the cd in place would be very effective as it could be illustrated and
demands a good response artistically from any illustrator and could include a
lot of psychedelic swirls and bright fluorescent colours or even a promo
picture for the band before a gig if we decide we want the cd to be based on a
live performance.
This is another idea I had researched the idea of two flaps
of card or plastic or whatever have you hold the disc in place. I thought this
was an interesting idea as it seems to be more diverse and different. With the
front cover being on the side on the left with the track list on the back of it
which seems like a fairly good idea to have because as soon as you open the
package up you see the tracks and then can pick your songs. This is also
effective as it gets straight to the point with a huge mad swirling vortex type
thing which is captivating for an audience to see.
I really enjoyed this idea as it has a larger pocket than
the first example I have shown which I like more because it is concealed in
said pocket. There may even be some concept art on the cd that is visible only
when in the pocket to make it look better and then when it is taken out it may
reveal a bigger picture.
